Henry has been training racehorses at Downton Hall stables since 1998. Henry is a horseman through and through; he had decided as a child that horses and racing were his future. Since 1998, Henry has trained over 600 winners, including three at the Cheltenham Festival, twice winning the Liverpool Hurdle, a Welsh National and winners of Grade 1 races at Ascot, Cheltenham, Aintree, Wetherby and Kempton.

Stokesay Flowers is a market garden with two walled gardens in rural South Shropshire. One garden is in the old kitchen garden at Downton Hall. The garden produces perennials, trees, shrubs, and roses perfect for cutting. The walls provide shelter, allowing the flowers to flourish and produce abundant beauty from April to October. The blooms are handpicked, conditioned overnight, and delivered to florists in London, the West Midlands, and the Cotswolds for magical displays.
