Please read the information below carefully before booking:
You can only enter with a pre-purchased ticket.
When you buy and confirm your Ticket, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
You are advised not to visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are £5 per car. This is redeemable against pumpkin purchases. It is not redeemable against any other than pumpkins.
We are open in all weathers unless we’ve been instructed by our insurers to close because it would be a danger to the public to remain open (namely high winds rather than excessive rain). In this instance we will provide full refunds.
You have the option to later change your booking date or time. Please email us at info@downtonhall.com to change your booking date or time. Bookings can only be changed up to 24 hours prior to your arrival.
For the morning slot please arrive before 12pm, and for the afternoon slot please arrive before 2pm.
Strictly NO SMOKING
All dogs must be kept on a lead.
Please be considerate of others and any animals you may encounter around the farm. We reserve the right to ask any customers to leave that are not respectful of other visitors or animals.
Contactless card payments and cash are acceptable
Portable toilets will be on site to be used.
Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care

We take no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects, or any injuries or accidents to visitors, arising from or in connection with our Pumpkin Patch event or the equipment in the field of fun.
